NOTES ON IMPLEMENTATION

  • Schedule:

    • Adaptable based on individual needs and treatment plans. Regular reviews every 15 days will ensure the treatment plan remains appropriate and effective.

  • Safety First:

    • We ensure that all activities, especially the obstacle course, are conducted with safety as the top priority. Proper equipment, supervision, and first-aid availability are essential.

  • Crisis Support Availability:

    • We ensure staff is available to respond to crises and evaluate the severity of any situation, offering stabilization and appropriate referrals.

  • Inclusivity in Activities:

    • We adapt all activities to accommodate different skill levels and physical abilities, ensuring that every camper can participate and enjoy the experiences.

  • Facilitator-Led Reflections:

    • After each major activity, like the obstacle course and volleyball tournament, we hold a debriefing session led by facilitators. This helps campers process their experiences, learn from them, and apply insights to their personal growth journey.
