Psychiatric Prescriber (PMHNP/MD/DO)
We are hiring a psychiatric prescriber to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult clients receiving behavioral health services. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, initiate and manage medications, provide patient education, and coordinate care with our clinical team to support stabilization, continuity of care, and improved outcomes for Medicaid and other payer populations. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Director and care team to support treatment planning and ongoing clinical collaboration.
Family Practice Physician / Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support our clients on an on-call basis. This role is ideal for someone with an urgent care, family medicine, community health, or integrative medicine background who enjoys helping people in recovery and values a more holistic, human-centered approach to care.
