Miranda currently works independently amongst other holistic health professionals, including acupuncturists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. Attends training seminars involving complementary integrative medicine, functional nutrition, qi gong, hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychology, leadership and personal growth.

She owned and managed a Spa Urban Retreat for 5 years where she supervised 20 massage therapists, estheticians and administrative staff.  Miranda also collaborated with licensed acupuncturists and  chiropractors, provided services for a client base of 10,000 + Handled marketing, advertising, social media, online reputation and branding, menu development, client education, staff training, membership sales, hiring/firing and payroll.
