John Ross grew up on tribal lands as a child of teachers who were also a part of the BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs). After building critical infrastructure for the US Army and United Nations, John returned to his roots 20 years ago to fulfill his lifelong goal of Making A Difference.

 

John has provided federal grant/loan expertise to procure over $500 million in federal grant/loan financing to over 50 tribal nations for critical infrastructure and essential facilities to be built in their communities.

Through his organization, Canyon Consulting John partners with American Indians, Indian Tribes and Alaska Natives to enhance the quality of their lives, promote economic opportunities, and help protect and improve their trust assets.

Canyon Consulting provides the dedicated expertise that can address individual tribal needs toward ownership of utilities: telecommunications, electricity, water, natural gas, emerging technologies, and renewable energies such as solar power.
