Day 1

Welcome to Day 1!

We'll start the challenge with a bit of planning for the day ahead. As the old adage goes, if you don't know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else! These questions are meant to help you have clarity and stay focused for the day.

Without further ado, grab a pen and paper, and take 10-15 minutes to reflect on the following questions:

  • Is there anything from yesterday that is still on my mind today?

  • What do I need to do to move forward from this issue?

  • What is one thing I would like to accomplish today, in my:

    • Career / Studies

    • Physical Health

    • Mental Health

    • Hobbies / Creativity

    • Friends / Community

    • Personal/Family life

  • If I had to choose one word or intention to keep me centered for the day, it would be: _____
