Reconnection Camp
Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

By checking the box on the application, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions as a resident of Reconnection Camp:

Compliance with Application Requirements:

  • You agree to submit to all the requirements outlined in the Reconnection Camp Application, including but not limited to:

    • Participation in a minimum of 15 hours of work per week.

    • Compliance with medication management and drug testing policies.

    • Adherence to community rules and guidelines.

    • Active participation in recovery programs and support services.

Acknowledgment of Non-Tenancy:

  • You understand that residency at Reconnection Camp does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under New Mexico law. This residency is contingent upon compliance with community rules and your commitment to recovery.

Conditions for Removal from Property:

  • You understand that failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement may result in your immediate removal from the property. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to:

    • Use of drugs or alcohol.

    • Non-compliance with drug testing.

    • Engaging in violent or disruptive behavior.

    • Conviction of any violent crimes or sex offenses.

    • Failure to participate in assigned work or community activities.

    • Non-compliance with medication management.

    • Any behavior that poses a threat to the safety and well-being of yourself or other residents.

Behavior and Conduct:

  • You agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all residents. Conflicts will be handled through peaceful and constructive resolution methods.

  • You will not engage in any illegal activities or conduct that disrupts the peace and order of the community.

Health and Safety:

  • You will disclose any physical or mental health conditions and comply with any health and safety guidelines set forth by Reconnection Camp.

  • You will report any health or safety concerns to the community staff immediately.

Support and Community Contribution:

  • You commit to contributing positively to the community and supporting your fellow residents in their recovery journeys.

  • You will actively participate in community meetings, support groups, and other activities designed to foster a supportive and sober living environment.
