Morning Ritual Challenge
Welcome to day three of our 21 day morning challenge. By now you should have set some goals and drank some warm water with lemon to alkalize your body.
Now lets get ready to include a stretching practice. We are going to keep it really simple with some slow cat / cows, child’s pose, updog, down dogs and whatever else feels good for your body.
Try holding these stretches for a longer period of time and using the breath to release any tension that you might’ve carried through the night.
If you’re not familiar with yoga there’s tons of videos on YouTube you can look up to engage specific areas. Try searching “yoga for _____ body part” and implement a routine that suite you.
Do this morning practice everyday and feel all the amazing benefits this discipline has to offer you!
